We want you to be confident trying SmartCart Meals Pro and Lifetime. If it's not for you, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

All paid plans, Pro monthly, Pro yearly, and Lifetime are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days of your first charge, email support@smartcartmeals.com and we'll refund your payment in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@smartcartmeals.com from the address on your SmartCart account.
  2. Include the subject "Refund request" and (if you have it) your order/invoice number.
  3. We'll process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Subscription renewals after 30 days

After the 30-day window, monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, you keep Pro access until then.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is covered by the same 30-day guarantee. After 30 days, the purchase is non-refundable.

Free plan

The free plan has no charges, so no refunds apply.
