You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, and Lifetime). Paid plans renew automatically until canceled, except the Lifetime plan, which is a one-time purchase. Prices and features may change; we'll give reasonable notice before changing prices for active subscribers.

5. Price comparison disclaimer

Grocery prices shown in the Service are estimates based on data we collect from public sources. Actual prices at any store may differ. Verify prices at checkout. We are not affiliated with Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, Target, or any other retailer mentioned in the Service.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Don't resell access to the Service without our written permission.

7. Content and license

You own the recipes, lists, and other content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service. We own the SmartCart Meals brand, software, and content we provide.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts. Results vary by region, household size, and shopping habits.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartCart Meals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
